"Listen up, you Tavious boys might label me as crazy, but I'm on a mission to safe this city. One Tavious gone is a step toward a safer place for all. I get my kicks from cracking down on crime, unlike you guys who play it reckless on the streets, shooting it out like fools, and then drowning your sorrows in vices. Keep your guard up, I'm not backing down."-Chief Manny L 2022. All Rise releasing late 2023 on Newgrounds, Gamejolt, and Itch.io

"After hitting your first lick, you feel alive. After getting shot, you feel dead, even after you start moving again. But when I look into the eyes of my wife and kid, I see a chance at a real life – a life beyond the streets, beyond the hustle. It's time to trade the thrill of the streets for the thrill of watching my family thrive. Because in the end, it's not about how much you take, but how much you give to those who truly matter."-Leo Tavious 2022
